Our diagnostic covers mechanical wear (printhead, platen, gears, belts, sensors), electrical health (power supply, main board, communication ports), firmware version and configuration, and a full print-quality and scan test. You receive a written report listing what we found, what we recommend, and what it will cost. The flat diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair if you approve it.
